Community/Public Art Projects  

2021 Entre Fronteras: Memory Maps and Migration, City Hall San Antonio, TX 

2011 “Untitled“ Irving Academy Semester Program, Artpace, San Antonio, TX   Lead Artist for in-door public art collaboration with class based on violence,   pollution, and cruelty to animals. Project educated students on importance   of reusing discarded objects and materials.  

2009 “Una Mesa Para la Gente”, San Anto Cultural Arts, San Antonio, TX  Lead artist on restoration project, implemented stained glass mosaic  to original design. Worked with community members to restore project.  

2007 “Where We Are Going”, Instituto Del Progresso Latino, Chicago, IL  Lead artist on mural project for alternative school, worked with youth on   development of design and execution of mural.  

 “St. Alphonsus Mosaic Benches”, Chicago Public Art Group Chicago ,IL  Assistant to lead artist on ceramic mosaics, assisted on workshops for   development of design, cut tile, installed mosaics. 

 “Lawndale Christian Development Ctr. Mosaic Benches”, Chicago Public Art Group   Chicago, IL
